Mr. Greg Shannon and his company Senior Concepts is a company who is suppose to assist family members with their beloved elderly which they cannot alone handle.
Speaking in reference to elderly people who are trying to live on their own and some who may or may not be able to care for themselves however do not accept help or simply do not ask.
In this particlar instance regarding a Ms Jessie Taylor, a recognized poet in the Tarrant County Poetry Society, a retired accomplished life insurance agent and over all great gentle soul has been completely taken advantage of and violated.
Being aware of some of the events which have taken place, one would believe they are witnessing a sinister soap opera plot unfold when the elderly grandmother with a very large estate is banished and left to die so monies can be collected by all of those involved.
Unfortunately this is the case.
The main reason for this complaint is do to the fact Greg Shannon poses as a person and company (Senior Concept) which is there to help in the time of need.
All Mr. Greg Shannon has done is willing allow false accusation ruin an innocent mans life, take away the basic freedoms of a very capable elderly woman and make one doubt the validity of any cases he may have worked on in the past, which according to court records is hundreds.
I feel many of these people may have been victims but do not have a voice to file any credible complaints because he has enabled nasty family members to silence them.
Participating in this plot or involved members include Jessie's own only surviving daughter Bobbie Jean Muller and her 3 children. Teresa Kruger, Mark Chappel and Chris Chappel. Also involved and another complaint going to be placed is against the current temporary appointed guardian Mr. Nick Nelson who has placed a basic Gag order on Ms Jessie's where abouts and not allowing any family members or friends (excluding the ones mentioned above) to see her. Jessie turned 89 on the 4th of July and had to spend this day alone isolated from her family in a nursing home not even one phone call from grandchildren or life long friends, she has many many of both.
This is injustice any way you look at it.
Medical reports have been compromised; she was evaluated after being heavily medicated. False accusations have been accepted by the courts accusing an innocent man of physical and medical abuse against Ms Jessie. And again all of this under the care of Senior Concepts and Mr. Greg Shannon.
Who in the time of need is there to rip away any civil freedoms our elderly may have left and strip them of dignity and pride and enable the most degenerate of people to have control all in the cover of "their best interest"
Please do not let your loved ones who reside in Ft Worth to fall victim to this inhumane, appalling guise of greediness.
