Original contract called for one dish set-up at our primary residence (on a lake out of Breckenridge, TX) with an additional set-up at our week-end home at our ranch, for an additional $5.00/month.
This agreement was honored for several months, then we received a call informing us that we would need to sign an additional contract for billing purposes only, and separate bills would be issued for each residence.
We were verbally assured that our rate would not increase. Surprise! It was more than doubled, with additional fees for reconnection, even though we had never asked for a disconnect.
