Heather Marianne Dill has now filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy under the name of Perfect Ten Models INC., filing that her assests were less than her income. While she drives a brand new mercedez and lives in a $200,000 home. She can buy a $800.00 pair of shoes in Las Vegas, but can't pay her models that got her that pair of sandals.

This has got to stop! She has got to be shut down. The same day she dissolved Perfect Ten, she re-opened Models 4 Promotions LLC. How can you afford to open another agency if you are bankrupt? And how are you going to put all of the models you owe on your bankruptcy report as creditors? I really don't know how this woman sleeps at night knowing that she owes so many people so much money. It all goes up her nose, like so many of these modeling scams. Don't work for her, you will never get paid!
