I recently had a dealing with Lifetime Studios through the Northwest Arkansas Mall. I paid my fee to book the pictures, I wasn't able to make it so Jacqueline called me (the marketing director) and rescheduled me to go to Royal Childrens Academy.
I went and paid the sitting fee. I was told to come back the next weekend and pick up my pictures at the same time that I had them taken.
I showed up on Saturday and no one was there. I went back a few hours later and still no one!
I called the phone# on the order form and it said the voicemail box was full. I called back and finally got through and talked to Jerrett Pratt (owner).
He informed me without knowing my name that my childs pictures turned out great and I just showed up on the wrong weekend. He told me to go back the following Saturday.
I went back the next weekend and again, no one was there. I called and the voicemail box was full. I also tried to locate the address on the order form and I couldn't find it.
I called Jacqueline (former marketing director) and asked her what was going on. She explained her situation to me. We decided to call him on a 3-way call.
He finally answered on his personal number and I told him that I wanted my pictures. He said that he would get them to me today.
He said they would be at NWA Mall. So I headed to the mall and there was no booth with that name set up. I asked Mall Services if they were scheduled to be there, and they knew nothing about it.
I called him back and he said I wish you wouldn't have done that because a lady is on her way there and will meet you in the food court.
He is not supposed to be doing business in the mall without approval or leasing a booth.
I finally received a phone call 3 hours later
from the lady who was supposed to meet me.
She met me in the foodcourt and gave me my pictures at a great discount after I informed her of what her boss is like and all the people he is screwing over.
I was one of the lucky ones who actually got my pictures because I refused to give up and he knew I wouldn't just let it go!
Please do not give more money to this man!
