So I went to the Mall and nobody could help me exchange my phone that I had to buy in a hurry before I went to Europe. They said the first manager Jon quit and I am pass the 14 days exchange. Finally I got approved by a manager from Colorado then Codi who is the local manager wasn't too happy about it. How can this booth be the no1 store in Las Vegas is a wonder to me. Maybe because they are really pushy to sell you a phone. But no way as far as customer service. So after 20 trips to the Mall (never been there so much). I did get what I wanted but they added all these other taxes and they said there is no warranty on my new phone. They don't have cover for it and when I asked to transfer pictures from my old phone they said they couldn't do that (my phone was sent back to warehouse) and first they said that the store went corporate and now they say I can't exchange this phone anywhere but with them. So, I would never buy another phone from there again. Good luck!
