On 6/14 JK Harris had me sign a contract to remove a federal tax lien. They said first they would back file my tax returns then have the lien removed. As of 6/19 nothing has been done. I have has 2 different case specialist. They first said all was good and the lien was removed. I applied for a loan only to find out it was still there. I called back and found out that they haven't even filed my back returns. They say it is because the IRS won't send a master file.
I was ripped off by the consultant K.B. Burdett. Case specialist Melissa Gallego, Nikita Boone. Supervisor Linda Lewis. Director Christy Pepper. None of these people will return my calls. Now my account has been paid in full they don't want to talk. I paid $1200.00 for nothing but headaches and lies from everyone at this company.
I filed a complaint with the B.B.B. And just filed a fraud complaint with the Attorney General of South Carolina.
