Filed bankruptcy on them 2 years ago but they will not remove from credit report because they say that it was the old fingerhut. My question was if I filed on the old fingerhut and have never had another fingerhut account, How do they have my account info and keep reporting it DUH anyway got my lawyer and I'm slapping them with a federal law suit this is illegal for any company to continue to report to a credit bureu after bankruptcy is filed. And watch for the sale scam they sell your account to someone else and that person reports it so you contact them with your info so they sell it and again its reported so you just keep going through the same crap!!! They suck big time
