Debt Collector, Art (Rip-off REDACTED), from Caine & Weiner, called my home and left a message on my voice recorder. He did not say that he was calling in an attempt to collect a debt. He also implied that he was an attorney calling about a lawsuit filed against me (which was untrue).
Both of these actions violate the Federal Fair Debt Act and the Illinois Fair Debt Act.
