Ripoff horrible experience, do not move with them, do not return calls, takes months to move

In May of I graduated college and was moving from Pittsburgh, PA to Phoenix, Az. I contact these movers because they were accomadating and felxible with my schedule. Little did I know that the only reason they were flexible was because they do not deliver my personal belongings in a timely fashion.

I arranged for pickup through Jason for May 26. However, they gave me the excuse that "one of the trucks broke down" and they had to come either the 25th or the 29th. I had to rearrange my schedule to have my stuff picked up. The movers barely spoke english and were insistant upon needing credit cards. I couldnt be there to see them load everything into the van since they were a day early so i just left and hoped things would work out

A few days later, i receive a call from Ron saying i had 18 extra boxes and that would be $900 more. Being a college graduate, i dont have that kind of money right away and i was furious. He wanted all of the money up front. I only allowed him half and said the other half was to be paid at time of delivery. He told me it couldnt be credit card only cash or money order. I told him as long as my stuff was moved in, then they would get the money order.

Expecting my stuff would arrive June 9th, I never received any notice. I waited until Monday june 12th to call. I was told they would deliver Sun, Mon or Tues June 18-20. I told them that was unacceptable and wanted to speak with a manager. Melinda's voicemail came on and i never received a call back

I called tues june 13th and spoke with melinda. She told me she would see what she could do and get back to me. Three hours later, she never did. I called again and a lady told me my stuff would be delivered tomorrow between 830-930 PST.

Wednesday 830,930, came and went. So i called again. I was to speak with Dana, the manager and she was in training until 530. Of course i had to call at 630 since i received no call. She told me that I would have to wait until monday to even find out when my stuff would be delivered.

It is now Wednesday June 14th my stuff was picked up May 25th. I have yet to receive my stuff. More to come later...
