Ken sold me on credit card processing service as well as a lease for the required equipment. Now, doing justice to Integrity Payment, they have (to this point) been above board and have provided the services they promised. Ken's response to any inquiries I have had has been, shall we say, less than adequate. Truthfully, he has avoided my calls, not returned phone calls messages, made promises he could not keep.in short, Ken lacks any semblance of business ethics.
My issue is with the lease he sold me on the equipment. I was aware that this was a non-cancellable lease. And, against my better judgement I trusted Ken when he said he would find a buyer for my equipment should I not like the service, equipment or of I went out of business. I signed what I knew would end up being a problem.
I made a big mistake trusting Ken Hough either in his abilities to follow through on what he promised or in trustng his integrity and business ethics.
Ken, I plan on providing you with the details of this complaint so that you may read them in hopes that you will do the right thing and make good on your word.
