There are 2 issues here which I've tried to get resolved through Walmart, but never did. I worked for Walmart for nearly one year. I was promised full-time work and given fulltime hours frequently, yet was never classified as a 'full time' employee; thus did not receive any insurance (or any other) benefits. Secondly, I have never been able to do my 2005 taxes as Walmart has repeatedly failed to send me my W2's. I have called the store and corporate but have never received them. I am a college student and I know I have a refund due me from my taxes but cannot claim it due to Walmart. Walmart continuously "saves" money by making employees work fulltime hours, without that status, so they don't have to pay full time benefits. I think that's a crime in itself. I think refusing to send my W2's is another one.
