Rip off they charge 2,106 dollars.internet nationwide

I have cingular for more than two years and this is the fist time that I got charge 2,106 dollars in three month.

Back to march I was trying a payment online in order to current my past due balance. I noticed that it was not allow me to pay this balance so I wait next folllowing week, I logged in again and still no allowed me to do that so I called and a nice lady noticed that it was a problem. My online was not accurrate. So, she reported.

After that someone from Cingular left me a message regarding that it was some problems in my area, therefore, my statemment couldn't coming out.

During that month I was entering to verify any update and my account was not able to see it. I called againg and this time a gentleman help and he also couldn't explain the situation. He mentioned that possible those lines were stolen. So he reported again. After that they call me again that they had left several messages they were still working on it. At the mean time I started to make my own research and GUESS WHAT! Over 35 phone numbers unknown. I started to call those number most of them had desconnected and others they said that they never her my name.

Them, finally I got a message that they finished to investigate and by May my statement should shows.

So, I got in on the beginning of may and I got suprised that they charge 2,106 I called inmediately and told them. After I explained 6th times, the represantive had guts to tell that she doesn't see in her system several phone calls from their company just only one and also I was using a lot of minutes. I told her " are you out of your mind, look at my record I never passed my minutes" and how come they don't report in their system phone calls that they made to their customer.

The highest that I paid it 195.00 dolars. My online account still not accurate. I told her that I'm wasting my time to explain to differents people and I have not received any result. I sent an e-mail requesting any Manager (high level) to contact me.

Yet I have not received any phone calls from them.

Sorry for Cingular but I have to express my unsatisfaction.
