They misrepresented the services being offered, insisted on a payment over the phone to secure the "special Package", did not disclose their no refund policy. When my wife arrived and realized the services were not what she paid for she demanded a full refund, they declined and stated they have a no refund policy under any circustance. Thier bait and switch sales tactic, your satisfaction, any circumstance; none of it matters, they want your money.
