In February my aunt went to USA and I bought a watch from luxury99.com to be sent to my relatives in Pittsburgh, so she could bring it back to me without paying expensive couriers.
They debited my credit card immediately but the watch wasn't delivered.
It's almost imposible to contact them through mails or phone but at the end I could have a promise from their CEO (Mr. Aaron Brown) of refunding the money.
Two months have past and I still don't have my money back.
I live in Argentina and I trusted this company. Now I cannot even contact them.
I think I will lose the money.
Please, everybody be careful with this company
