Ripoff paid a downpayment for hotel rental for March bike week and within amble time call Curt the owner for credit card refund 6 times business has not refuned or credited my credit card for total amount of $135.00

This company has ripped me off of $135.00 deposit on a room that we booked for March bike week in Daytona. However we cancelled early enough for our refund to be credit except for $25.00. (according to policy on cancellation) We have attempted to notify the owner Curt 6 times and left a return number and he has failed to notify us as well as credit out credit card.
