I ordered a trial shipment of pills on Nov 23 and cancelled on Nov 30. They shipped a full
shipment on Dec 8 and didn't send me a cancellation confirmation until Dec 27. I was charged $149.95 on my credit card and they will not
give me credit and say that to cancel will cost me
$50.00. They are very obnoxious on the phone and insist I will be charged either the full amount or
at least the $50. Nowhere in their web site or return policy does it state anything about the $50 restocking fee. I feel this is deceptive advertising. I would like to return the shipment because I cancelled in time and they say that I didn't. I called my credit card company and put a hold on the $149.95 and also
sent a report to the Better Business Bureau. I haven't heard a word from Brandy who was the person I had been talking to.
