Failure to validate debt continuing to send collection letters with additional fees interest

Alliance One has refused my request for debt validation. I will not pay them until they prove this debt is mine. I have sent a total of five letters, I sent the last last week with signature confirmation and exactly a week later I recieved the same collection letter with another interest fee.
