I bought a bottle of Harlan Wine and it was sent to me by Fed EX. Unfortunately, I was out of town when they delivered, it needs a signature. Vintrust called to inquire why it was sent back and I told them the reason. THEY NEVER SENT IT BACK!
I called them last week and they said I need to fax the payment. I called the Better business bureau about this and my proof was the Fed Ex tracking number is enough. I would appreciate all the help you could give me... I just want the wine i paid for. Thank you!!!
