Unfortunately, I unknowingly signed up for Residential Voicemail... I have know idea how they got my info, but, they enjoyed 11 months of charges to my phone bill. I receive my phone bill online, and never saw their charges. I have a "bundled" package, so, I have quite a few charges on my bill, internet, dish tv, cell phone, etc... So, they just quietly sat there and charged me $14 a month.
I did call them and found out they would only credit my account 3 months. Obviously, I did not feel this was right, and argued for a few days on the phone. I told them that I never utilized their services, why should I pay for it. I dealt with a "manager" named TJ &, who finally gave me 7 mos back... But, with this warning that if he sees an official complaint cross his desk, filed by me, he would revoke those 7 months. Can you believe that!!!
Well, I finally got my 7 mos credited back to my account and was reassured by my phone company that they would not be able to charge my bill again, so, I will be sending a letter to my Attorney General to see what further action I can take against this company.
