Ripoff by selling cell phones and never providing service

I watched a television comercial stating mobile service and no credit checks. I called 1-800-phone-guy gave my checking acct. #. I was sent a phone and when i received the phone, i couldn't make a phone call. I tried on several occasions to call the toll-free number, no success. After further investigation the phone company has several different alias. I also have found out they have taken additional money out of my acct.
