Husband tried to download music that supposedly cost 1.00. Received credit card statement and was charged 59.95 for 5 years in advance and 99.95 a week later.
Called for a refund and was told it would take 25 to 30 days and that was on March 2 it is now May 18. Called today and was told they are having technical difficulties and it will be another week.
I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
