Yesterday I received a letter from Spain quoting that I had won in a "La primitiva Lottery international Promotions Programme". To receive the money they attached a form to fill out with pretty much everything (name, adress, birthdate, sex, bankaccount-information, etc...) plus they needed a copy of my ID...
I searched the internet this morning and found a couple of pages here warning about the ripp-off and I also found a page from the REAL madrid lottery saying if you receive those type of letters to inform them about the fraud under:

So if you want to state your complains to the right person, please sent them your infos and I hope they will find and arrest the people doing such ripp-off!
