I had sprint pcs for 4 years, 90% of the time my phone (s) where useless. I rarley got a signal song enough to check voice mail, couldnt play my games because I was continously interupted by the in and out of service message. It wans not hte unit it was sprint service, I purchased several different phones because they told me it was the phone. That cost me a small fortune.
I add a line so my mother would have a phone, she had the same problem and when she found out she could keep her number and go somewhere else she did. I had to keep the shared min. Contract because if I changed it I would be tied into another year without a phone I can use. I complaind so many times and the people were rude and arogant. The no roaming charges, well if I got a signal thats the way I got it and they wanted to charge me for that, I flat out refuse to pay any more for a phone service that I was stuck with and could not use. I changed services the day my contract was.
I paid sprint for the exact amount of days and no more. I told them I will not pay any more for something that was useless and in fact annoying most of the time. I think they should pay me for sticking it out as long as i did. Now they are harrasing me calling me or my mother just about every hour starting at 7 or 8 in the morning and goes on all day.including sundays. The amount they say I owe is for charges I have told them seversal times I will not pay. And if they take me to court like they threaten me with every day, I will counter sue, and ask for all my money back.
This wasnt just in my home area, which is supposed to be a covered area but its not they try and charge roaming, this happend to me in just about every other city and state I went to. I got the phone with nation wide service so I would have it, and I ended up either having to be roaming or getting calling cards at additional cost all because the service I had and paid for was absolutely unuseable almost all the time and every where I went. The employess are rude, arrogant, and take for ever to answer calls. Soemtimes up to an hour on hold. There is nothing about sprint that is any good. They will rip you off!
