I purchased a Shih-tzu female puppy from Brushy Creek Kennel, was told the pup was 8weeks old, she looked 4 weeks old to me, gave me no registration papers and lied and said the pup was in good condition (health wise) YEAH RIGHT!
The next morning the pup would not eat or drink anything I literally had to teach her how to drink but she would then vomit it up and she had upset stomach as well. A very sick little baby.
I called Brushy Creek Kennel and told them the situation and met the lady half way (since it was a 2hr drive for me) I returned the puppy and she told me I could not have my moneyback only an exchange for another puppy because the owner (david moore) was not available, so she had brought along 2 very emaciated little babies for me to "pick out" they were extremely dirty and very smelly, there noses where runny and they had dull little eyes. I felt so bad for those pups, But I refused them cause of there condition, the lady told me she didn't have time to give them a bath! Poor puppies!!! Anyways, she wrote me an exchange note stating that I could have an exchange or my moneyback when David Moore returned from being "out of the country" (like he usually is) But I would have to talk to him. So I did and he told me I would have to drive 2 hrs back to there and pick out a new puppy when they had some more (why should I have to drive 2hrs, spend money in gas and all that for there neglect and misrepresentation). Well since March 6th I have been given the run-around by these people and I have NO MONEY and NO PUPPY, they have promised me time and time again that they would get me a puppy even from a diffrent state and only to say "they weren't good enough" THERE DOGS WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
Then I emailed them (after discovering that they not only breed Shih tzu's but also, Bichons, Cavalier Spaniels, Westies, Havanese, Beagles, Jack Russell Terriers, and 5 other breeds). I was sickened to find this out! How do they care for so many diffrent breeds of dogs? The dogs turn out sick and then they try to sell them for very expensive prices. Thats probably the reason they don't show you around and let you see the parents. Anyways I asked them to exchange the pup for a bichon and they said I would have to pay $100 more because they said it was an expensive breed. I denied it and then the next week found an ad in the Houston Chronicle from them selling the bichon pups for $395 which was less than what I had paid for the Shih-tzu which was $475 and yet they wanted $100 more equaling $575, so why should I pay more than anyone else for the same dog?
THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT TO SCAM YOU!!! Don't get trapped in this sceme! By-the-way the shih tzu I had bought in the beginning had died in their care even though the lady lied to me and said she took the pup to the vet 5 days after I returned it to them. She also told me the vet said the puppy was fine just "homesick" but yet it died from this, I think not!!! Turns out the pup had parvo because my other dog caught it. Again they lied time and time again.
I still to this day have no money and no dog. I do not want another puppy from these people!!! Would you? I just want my moneyback!!! And i want everyone aware of these people who call themselves "dog lovers" puppy factory more like it! Please spread the word out!!!
