Wal Mart sold an Xbox 360 which costs $400 to me and when I got it home I found the seal on the video game system had been broken already, the console has something rattling in it when I lifted it from the box and it did not have all the parts that were supposed to be included, specifically the headset. First of all they sold the game system as new which it obviously was not. Secondly, it didnt have all the parts in it. Lastly when I tried to return the system I had just bought 20 minutes ago I couldnt becaues the returns desk was closed for the night.
So you can sell used garbage to people when they pay for brand new stuff but they cant return it? That makes no sense. Basically Wal Marts policy is we can charge whatever we want and dont ahve to actually give you what you pay for and you cant return it on the same day of purchase.
Wal Mart should have done something right then and there. I had just bought it!!! Now I have to go back again tomorrow to return it. They only had one more in stock but I will be checking that thing in the store to be sure I wont be ripped off again.
