Rip off, Company Vanished, with no way of contacting them

I have payed thousands of dollars to Allied Grant writers of America, for research, as well as a down payment for them to write the proposal. I finally called them to present my business plan proposal, and all of there phone lines were disconnected and there website is down and out. If anyone knows any way to get in contact with them, I need to demand a refund for these frodulent services.
