Two drivers of Rent-A-Center were extremely rude to me and to all the residents of my apartment. They opened our elevator doors by pulling the fire alarm lever which caused the alarm to go off for hours. I asked them kindly to stop, but they refused to listen. One driver, in fact, spat on the floor in front of me and insulted me with racial slurs. Witnesses watched their unusual behavior, plus numerous residents are seriously angered by their thoughtless way of triggering our apartment's fire alarm system. The license plate of their vehicle reads "7V63818." They were delivering items for a resident who lives in 414 S. Virgil Ave. #301 Los Angeles, CA 90020.
