Lied many times about paying bill, invoice over a year old. Made payment 4 months late of only 20% of the balance and the check bounced!
Contacted Ira directly many times and was told he would take care of the issue directly. No action was taken.
When Ira needed information from me he always answered my phone calls and emails. Once it came time to pay he suddenly became unreachable. If I did catch him, he would tell me that he was in the middle of something and I should call him after 5 o'clock. Even if someone did answer the phone, they would say that he was not there.
