Ripoff

I recieved this in the mail today, and was concerned that it was a scam because it did ask for $19.99.

I could not count all the mail I recieve stating that I've won money, I have always thrown it away, I'm a firm believer in the fact that I can't win something that I did'nt enter in the first place. Also I feel if I've won money, they should just take out what ever fees and just send me the rest.

I'm glad I choose to look up this one on the web, I did this because it was so official looking, and that is what draws people in, I'm sure everyone is skeptical as I was, but no one wants to let $19.99 be the reason that they lost 1,900, 000.00.

People need to be aware of this company, I'm afraid that the elderly living on fixed income and having outrages medical and perscription cost will believe it' and they certainly can't afford to lose that $19.99.
