My phone was stolen last week. I called customer service to report it, and they said they could send me a replacement phone for $34.00.
So I ordered the phone. I was told the phone was going to be ship overnight. This was Wedensday. I did not received the phone untill Monday.
When I called to activate the phone they asked me my ENE#. When I gave it to them they said that that # belong to somebody else. That the phone they send me was refurbished not new. And I would have to wait a week for that # to expire untill they could activate my phone. I would not had purchaced the phone if I knew this. Plus the floor supervisior was very rude to me on the phone.
