Recently while looking for a house to rent we went to pro realty services. They approved our application on the same day and asked us to call to set an appointment for lease signing. We agreed on the next friday.
On monday my wife called to enquire about the lease signing which they confirmed was set for friday at 10:00. But to our dismay when we got there they informed us that they had offered the house to somebody else a day before, but offered to give us another property which was more expensive. They won't refund the application fee which rightfully I think they should and I wouldn't put a tag on how many offers we put aside because of them.
Beware of pro realty services.
If they were going to offer the unit to someone else they should have had the professional courtsey to call us and give us a fair chance.
Discimination? Maybe!!!
