I was a prepaid customer of mci.in Feb I purchased another $50.00 worth of minutes, and 2 weeks after that they closed up shop. I was sitting there with 217 minutes on my phone and can not use it.
I was saving all my minutes because we were going away and I needed the minutes to call home and check on my Mom. When I tried to use my phone I would get Verizon so I called them and they said there was nothing they could do for me.
I called mci and they have it set up so you don't get to talk to anyone, so I pushed wrong buttons so I could talk to someone and I was given the run around for 3 weeks.
I would have made a deal with them about my phone so I wouldn't lose my minutes but all they keep saying is they can't do anything for me its my lose.
I feel they owe me $200.00 and I want it one way or the other, I work very hard for my money and I feel I was totally ripped off.
They didn't even tell me when I ordered my last minutes that they were closing down and they had to know it.
They just took my money and said sorry that's the way it is.
