Phone charges? Extra costs for free local channel? Insane
Less than a month ago I spoke to operator # 85P, in this conversation I called to cancel my service because I was not happy with the setup and all of the hidden charges. I also never sighned the contract, I had a friend here for the installation only and that was all.
When I spoke to this operator, I was told I had a 60 day trial period for the service I have now, then I find I had no local channels which I was not told was an extra charge.
I called again and spoke to another operator and said it cost $5.00 more and so I went from $19.95 amonth to 23.95 over the course of this same conversation and now
I am being billed even more. Around $34.95 or so.
And that is not right we will see when I get a responce back and I willl up date this notice.
