Filled out informatiion for free credit check then was told about a membership for $12 a month I aborted the request and did not receive any informatiion until a billing appeared on my Visa statement

I was following instructions regarding a free cedit check score. After providing all the information requested I noticed that the company would charge $12 a month for up-to-date results. Because I was not interested in this plan I aborted the request and was billed $12 dollars on my next Visa billing. I want this to stop, but have no way of contacting this company.
