Boston Proper is a woman's wear mail order catalog who claims to sell quality merchandise and has prices to match. I ordered a dress that took 7 weeks to receive and when I received it the material was of a poor quality with even worse quality print stamping. They charged $9 for shipping and refused to refund this or my return shipping costs. They call their customer service "customer satisfaction" - no way! They claim "Our quarantee is unconditional." Conditional on the customer absorbing their costs for poor quality! Never again!
