I was searching the internet for a list of companies that provide drop shipping service and I came across this company, Quality Warehouse Directory Inc. I noticed they had a 60 day money back guarantee. I signed up for the service and once I gained access to their directory, I noticed over 90% of the conmpanies listed were wholesale companies that did not provide drop shipping service. For this reason, I felt their service would not be of any use for me and my start-up small business.
The next day, or maybe two days later I sent an email requesting cancelation and a refund. Per the website listing, I would receive a response within 24 hours. The response, never happened so I waited another and sent another email.
Two weeks and three emails later, I have yet to receive a response.
