I saw info about companies willing to pay you to drive your car with their advertising on it. After looking unsuccessfully on the internet to find them myself (I did find one) I signed on with a service that would give you access to a directory of such companies in your area. It also claimed a 100% secure investment with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or money back.
Well, the directory gave 2 types of information - companies with web addresses that were no longer valid or links to other services that also charged for their directories. I immediately wrote them to refund my money. THe next day I did the same and today (10 days later) I sent a third request. Who do I go to next. I tried the Better Business Bureau, but with no physical address it was a wash. I will contact the feds and see what else I can do.
