I have sent this co. 2 e-mails requesting return of 2 ties i don't like & one that was damaged.
They sent back acknowledged e-mail that my request has been received and that some-one would contact me with-in 72 hours. This has never happened. ON 2/16/06 I sent them a letter requesting return of same, they have never responded. I have been a member for 10 months, prepaid by credit card, prior to shipment.
Today, I contacted them by telephone. It was difficult finding their phone no. As it is never on any invoices. Finally found it on your web page. I spoke to customer service & customer service supervisor and they did not wish to handle my request for return and or credit to my account. I have cancelled my account and wish to advise any one to think twice prior to giving them your credit card no.
Or doing business with a non receptive customer responsive company.
