I ordered a casting magazine for a friend for XMAS and its been 3 months and still no magazine has arrived. Its impossible to talk to a live person and I have sent numerous emails stating please tell me what's going on or just refund my money back to me. I have given them several opportunities to reach me through my cell phone number, physical and email addresses but I have yet to receive one correspondence. Do not buy anything from them. From this point, I just want my money back.
