I canceled my membership prior to the end of my trial period, but I still receiced the auto-ship which I had then, returned to them. When I called your their customer service, they confirmed that they have received the returned package on time and that I was due for a refund within 30 days. A month later I called again and they told me the request had been forwarded to their head office. They gave me an email address and a P.O. Box address, but no phone number. I emailed them and received an auto-reply directing me to email a different address at least twice. I have emailed them back and forth, but no still response. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received the refund.
