I called and e-mailed the company within 5 minutes after signing up that I wanted to cancel due to their terms and conditions. I received a repply to my e-mail indicating that the account was closed... 2 days later there was a charge of $99.00 on my account. I called several times until someone answered the phone and told me that I will not get my money back because of the terms of the contract. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that the manager was not available and that I needed to keep on calling until she was there... I asked the woman's name and she said it was "Lola" in a very sarcastic way. I asked again for the manager and she told me the manager's name was "Bobby" but I had to keep on calling until I found her... I WAS HOT!!!"Lola" kept on laughing as I asked questions and she told me "basically you are not getting your money back" I hunged up the phone.
Ontario and the state of California should and must stop this company from ripping people off. I will contact Ontario's mayor and Mr. Boddy Builder, the governor of CA, to complain about Nova Pointe LLC.
