I placed an order with this company over the internet on Feb. 23rd. For one set of "doggy steps." The very next day, I tried calling the number they supplied on the web page: www.doggysteps.com to cancel the order. I either got no answer or a fax tone. I tried this several times a day for approximately four days. No one ever answered.
I then tried reaching them by mail. I sent them a letter letting them know that I could not reach them by the number provided and asked them to cancel my order.
I received a confirmation on March 3rd that the order was shipped. There was not a number provided on that confirmation for me to contact anyone.
I called my credit card company and they had billed me twice.
I then received an advertisement offering me other products from this company. It was then I finally was able to get a number that I could finally reach someone. They told me that I had ordered two sets when I infact only ordered one. I told her, the customer service rep that I didn't need the order any more and that I had been trying to get in touch with their company for days. After a heated conversation, they want me to pay shipping on the return of the product. I told her that it is bad business to have an interet ordering company without actually being able to speak to a human being. I certainlly never do business with this company again.
This is just another reason I don't like dealing with orders over the internet!
