Unbelieveably LOUSY service! Print job was fine, but they did not give me the free shipping promised. Several emails into them requesting correction, each one answered by a different person, some with 3 or 4 day delays, so none of the answers either made sense, nor were timely, & I had already written back by the time I got the late ones. One even said they didn't give full refund for free shipping because they had "handling charges" - NOT listed anywhere on their "free shipping" info! No voicemail response after a few tries, either, apparently they UDES to have a Customer Service line.
DO NOT believe anything's "better!!!" Why in the world would a Co. NOT post a fax#, a direct #, NEVER answer the only phone line they post, never answer voicemails, refuse to refund on "free shipping" properly, delay shipping & tell me they're refunding partially due to their delay, but it's still supposed to be free? Oh, also their direct # NOT listed in the phone book, online anywhere, or 411...
Bottom line: check out Chamber of Comerce, they're not members. More importantly, CHECK THIS OUT:
they post * negative complaints to date, mine will be 89* I say this is a company just begging to be SHUT DOWN!
