Equested a refund, verbally and in writing, for subscriptions paid for film 4 which was never requested & never watched, been paying since last March but they refuse to credit or refund me.

I just assumed that sky had bumped up their prices until I phoned up and was told that I'd been paying 7.00 a month to much.
