Ripoff

I received a pre-approved credit card in the mail from first national card which i never applied for. I have no idea why or how they got access to my bank account i immediately recognized this was a rip-off (no visa logo). After reading the small print, it says they will charge my bank account and they can even ruin my credit if i don't activate it. I didn't call to activate the card or send any reply. My credit is excellent and never had this happened to me before.
