Rip off service that I did not order

I was reading my E-Mail. As soon as I opened the E-Mail for the New Nationwide Voice Messaging Service a window popped up thanking me for placing my order.

I did not place any order the them nor whould I want to.

I did not enter any personal banking or credit card information so I'm not sure how they can access anything for payment.

If I do see a payment deducted, what will I do?

I'm a single mom on a limited income. I need every dime I have just to survive.
