Well 1800flowers is a bit too busy for this holiday. I ordered flowers and paid extra for Valentines Day delivery. Of course they weren't delivered. Now someone did call me and apologize for the problem. I think I will even receive some sort of gift certificate.
The problem is I can't speak to anybody. For 24 hours I have tried to speak to customer service and phone goes fast busy. I finally called to place a new order. After 15 min someone picked up the phone and explained that my order was cancelled and that I will get a credit in a few days.
The kicker is that he said everyone was having problems. Wrong deliveries, no delieveries, no cards, wrong arrangements and more. I have never had a problem using this service, but maybe they are getting to big for there own good.
I tried to order from another company and that website said deliveries were closed for Valentines day. 1800flowers just wanted to rip people off. Now I know I wont see that money in 3-5 business days. They will keep that money until I force them to return it.
I will say that I wont be ordering from this company again
