I got service with centennial wireless 5 days ago and payed first month bill up front and got a bill today tellin me that i owe them money. So i call to find out what was goin on with it they told me that its for the first month. I told them i had payed the first month up front. They told me that i didnt. And they i asked them about them losing money off my account they didnt know where the money went the guy i was talkin told me there was nothin that they could do about it i was stuck with the bill and basiclly they was not worried about the money missing of my account i told them i souldnt be gettin a bill that i payed upfront for. It only be 5 days. I asked about takin my phones back he said i had 15 days. I asked him about how long would it take to get my money back he told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks if not long. If they give money back on the usage on the phones.
