I am another one of the victims of FCCC. I also trusted them with my credit accounts and fell into their trap. I always made all my payments on time and in the full amount, however being a college student on a very low income I knew that my debt was beging to get out of controll and I wanted to fix it before I ruined my credit. Little did I know FCCC would ruin my credit for me making it almost impossible for me to rent an apartment or recive a loan to buy a new car.
I went three months trying countless times to try and contact the company and was always answered by a message service. I would leave message after message and get no feedback from anyone. I finally went to my bank and stopped payment to them, which get this now they are trying to charge me a fee of $25.00 for NSF in my account. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. My next step is to file with the AG in florida and WA state.
I am with every one out there that has been scammed by these people. We do need to do something aggressive to get the attention we need in order for justice to be served.
Unfortunatly for me I had a house fire and lost most all of my documentation on FCCC, but have been able to get back statements from my creditors and bank showing when the money was taken and where it went.
I am definitly interested in a class action law suite if it is pursued.
