We have been with FCCC since Aug - a few glitches along the way, but a wonderful Customer Service rep named Lynette (Thank you LYnette if you're out there), that fixed many an oops. Now FCCC is out of business or acquired by American Debt Counseling, Inc (conflicting reports of out of business or acquisition). Our Sept payment of $1326 was taken but never forwarded to our creditor. I have filed reports with the attorney general in Florida, as well as my home state's attorney general. I have also forwarded a complaint to FCCC attorney, who was one who responded to a previous complaint. I have also filed complaints with the Florida BBB.
I suggest everyone do the same. Watch your credit card statements... Good luck.
I am out $1326, but others are out even more.
Another suggestion is to contact your banking institution and see if able to file a charge back or other complaint on the ACH done by FCCC. SIGH!
SOmeone is out there taking a nice vacation on my hard-earned money.
